Reservations

Our Reservations Team are often the first line of enquiry for all guest accommodation bookings. Meeting the needs of guests with a big smile, friendly approach and a ‘whatever it takes’ attitude results in memorable experiences prior to the guest arriving for their stay.

Guest Experience

Every team member working on the front desk at The Holiday Park, The Retreat, The Golf Pro Shop or The Shack are our guest experience champions. This team provide a warm welcome, introduction and positive first experience to our guests and visitors when they arrive for their stay or recreational visit.

Our Guest Experience Team is dedicated to providing fun memorable experiences of a lifetime - every time – because their every day is spent making someone else’s day.

Housekeeping

Each guest who stays with us receives a high standard of cleanliness to ensure they feel comfortable, clean and at home. The Housekeeping Team are proud of their consistent professional level of cleaning with a thorough and strict approach that keeps the precinct shining every day.

Golf, Grounds and Maintenance

These are the friendly team behind the scenes who ensure our golf courses, grounds and facilities are looking fantastic and working perfectly for our guests and visitors. Maintaining 135 hectares requires constant attention to provide pleasurable and high-quality experiences for sporting, leisure, recreation users and accommodation guests.

Operations Support
