Freddy is a Flying Fish from the Exocoetidae family, who loves to swim deep down into the sea, and glide way above the water’s surface with his wing-like pectoral fins! 

He’s everybody's friend, and always waves hello to the characters at  West Beach Parks as he glides on by.
