Daphne is a bottlenose dolphin from the Delphinidae family who lives in South Australia’s seas, who loves to jump, splash and play all day with her friends in the water. 

When it’s time for dinner she always orders the “surf and surf”, a deluxe seafood platter with sh strips, squid, and mollusks, and a "saltwater on the rocks", all fresh from the sea.
