At West Beach Parks wewe have revised our cancellation policy to accommodate our guests with upcoming bookings:
Cancellation for New Bookings madefrom May 1, 2020
Due to the developing impacts of COVID-19, the following changes to the cancellation policy will come into effect for new bookings from May 1, 2020.
For any new bookings made from May 1st for travel between May 1st and December 11th 2020 the following will apply:
- All individual (FIT) bookings can be cancelled up to 72 hours prior to arrival with no cancellation fee.
- Group bookings of up to 10 cabins up can be cancelled up to 72 hours prior to arrival with no cancellation fee
- Group bookings larger than 10 cabins will be restricted to standard hotel terms & conditions on cancellation
Cancellation for Existing Bookingsmadebefore May 1, 2020
Given the exceptional circumstances we currently face, West Beach Parks are offering extra flexibility and support to our customers with an existing booking.
For all customers with bookings with travel dates till December 11th t the following will apply:
1/ If the booking is cancelled at least 30 days prior to scheduled arrival, the booking will be fully refundable ( $30 Cancellation Fee will not apply)
2/ If the booking is cancelled less than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival. The booking deposit will be held in credit to be used within 18 months and the balance of the booking will be refunded.
The above applies to both FIT and Group Bookings.
The Check out time for both cabins and site guests is 10am.
Late check outs are subject to availability and can be arranged for an additional fee on the day of departure.
If you are staying on a site, we allow guests to check in from 12noon while our Cabin guests are able to check in from 2pm.
Early check-ins are subject to availability and unable to be confirmed until day of check in.
If you arrive after our reception office has closed for the day, we have a Guest Services Officer who works after hours and is able to check you in. All you need to do is give them a call on 0439 846 128 when you arrive.
With the exception of medically required dogs (certification is required), we do not allow pets at either the Holiday Park or Resort.
Yes we provide all linen, doonas, doona covers, pillows, pillow cases, sheets and bath towels for all paying guests. You may want to BYO beach/pool towel.
Both the Holiday Park and Resort are located on Military Road in West Beach. To find us using a GPS, please use the address 4 Military Road, West Beach, 5024.
Both the Holiday Park and Resort are located within the West Beach Parks precinct. The Resort and Holiday Park are about 800m apart and are both great options for your next holiday. The main differences are:
- The Holiday Park has caravan and camping sites
- The Holiday Park has a communal Camp Kitchen, 'The Hub'
- The Holiday Park has a few different facilities including: An onsite Cafe, 'The Shack', Splashzone, Indoor Leisure Centre and a Basketball Court
- The Resort only has cabins available.
- The Resort has a Function Room Available for hire
- The Resort has full size tennis courts available for guests. Equipment can be hired at Reception
- The Resort features a beach volleyball court.
We would love to share the joy of West Beach Parks with everyone, but our facilities at both the Holiday Park and Resort are for paying guests only.
The Beach Club 10% discount code is an online discount only discount and is only valid for bookings made via www.westbeachparks.com.au.
It also has the following Terms & Conditions:
- This offer is for 10% off the standard rate of cabins and sites. The offer is not valid with any other offer, including BIG4 discount.
- The Beach Club discount code is for new bookings only and cannot be apply to existing bookings.
Both the Holiday Park and Resort have access to free Wi-Fi. Codes to access the free Wi-Fi can be requested at Reception
West Beach Parks is surrounded by fabulous cafes and restaurants. Within walking distance of the Holiday Park and Resort are:
- The Shack: Located at the entrance to BIG4 West Beach Parks
- Adelaide Sailing Club: Located at the West Beach Parks Marina
- West Beach Surf Club: Located at the intersection of Seaview Road and West Beach Road
We are also only 4kms North of Glenelg and 4kms South of Henley Beach. You are really spoilt for choice.
We have bus stops directly out the front of both the Holiday Park and Resort which pass the airport. Adelaide Metro Bus J1 is the best option to take, as it drops you 800m from the departure building, which bus 163 will drop you on Sir Donald Bradman drive, which will require a 1.7km walk to the departure building.
Taxis are also available to book personally, or our Reception team will be happy to organise one for you.

Yes. We have a bus stop directly out the front of the Holiday Park and Resort which can take guests to Glenelg, Harbour Town, Adelaide Airport and Adelaide CBD. The tram is also available from Glenelg.
There is a Drakes Supermarket located in the West Beach Shopping Centre on Burbridge Road. There is also a chemist, post office, dentist and food options available.
All guests are permitted to stay for a maximum of 55 nights at one time. Guests can depart from West Beach Parks for 2 weeks and then return for another 55 nights. A total of 180 nights is the maximum any one guest can stay per year.
Both of our swimming pools are heated to a balmy 26 degrees
The Eco Tents at BIG4 West Beach Parks are perfect for those wanting a camping experience, with some creature comforts. The Eco Tents do have power, and contain a kettle, toaster and fan but do not have a heater or fridge. An esky and a bag of ice is provided in the tent for your convenience.
If you have booked a standard rate with no discounts, the first night of accommodation will be taken as a deposit. The remaining balance is to be paid on arrival.
If you have booked one of our hot offers, full payment is required at time of booking.
For long weekends, a deposit is required upon booking. For sites, this is $100 and for cabins, it is the first night amount. Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival.
Peak Season (21 Dec - 28 Jan):
For our summer peak season, a deposit is required upon booking. For sites, this is $100 and for cabins, it is the first night amount. Full payment is required by 19 October 2018.
