Employ­ee Recog­ni­tion Program

Noth­ing is more pleas­ing than to see peer-to-peer recog­ni­tion of achieve­ments and per­for­mance. Our annu­al recog­ni­tion pro­gram pro­vides our staff the oppor­tu­ni­ty to nom­i­nate their fel­low team mem­bers in a num­ber of cat­e­gories, with the win­ners receiv­ing a gift for their efforts.

Cel­e­brat­ing Milestones

We appre­ci­ate the ded­i­ca­tion and loy­al­ty of our employ­ees, and for those who have been part of our busi­ness for an extend­ed peri­od, events and gifts are used to recog­nise key ser­vice mile­stones such as 10 and 20 years of employment.

Our team dri­ves our suc­cess and we love to cel­e­brate through­out the year with staff cel­e­bra­tions to recog­nise and thank our staff for their ded­i­ca­tion and con­tri­bu­tions by host­ing quar­ter­ly bar­be­cue lunch­es or break­fasts.
